      POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

      Salary:  $18.00

      Job Duties:

      • Working knowledge of Club policies and guidelines as outlined in Brook Hollow Golf Club's employee handbook
      • Daily cleaning activities include: net, scrub, test water quality and add proper chemicals
      • Order supplies from vendors
      • Change or repair pumps and/or motors 
      • Maintain detailed written daily pool chemical test log    
      • Assists with large repairs and special projects
      • Additional job duties as directed by manager or supervisor

      Qualifications:

      • Knowledge of Pulsar Chlorinator systems and BecSys controllers helpful
      • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is a plus but not required.  Brook Hollow will pay the cost of the course
      • Commercial pool cleaning and maintenance experience preferred.

      • Must be able to work a flexible schedule and/or over time if needed.
      • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
      • Must work well with others as a team and help co-workers as needed.
      • Must be courteous and tactful at all times
      • Must possess honesty and integrity.
      • Reliable, on-time, friendly, honest and hard working.
      • Ability to work independently and unsupervised.

      BANQUET SERVER

      Salary: $13.00

      Essential Functions:
      Sets up and cleans banquet rooms and serves members and guest.

      Job Duties:

      • Performs banquet set - up tasks.
      • Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
      • Takes cocktail order and serves food in specified station.
      • Pours and refills wine, coffee, water and/or other beverages served with and after the meal.
      • Clears soiled dishes as needed.
      • Cleans all assigned work areas in kitchen and dining room.
      • Assists in closing functions by performing various tasks such as removing linen, bussing glasses, dishes, silverware, etc., and resetting the room.
      • When needed performs synchronized service as a team.
      • Performs additional duties as directed by a supervisor or manager.

      Special Requirements:

      • Must be able to clearly understand and communicate with Members, guests and co-workers in English to include verbally and in writing.
      • Must be able to work a flexible schedule and/or over time if needed.
      • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
      • Must work well with others as a team and help co-workers as needed.

      SERVER & FOOD ATTENDANT

      Job Summary:
      Provides excellent food and beverage service of the best quality in accordance with the menu and service standards to all members and guest.

      Part - time Positions Available for:
      Servers - $10.00 plus commission on sales
      Server Attendants and Food Expeditors -$11.50 hour

      Special Requirements:

      • Must be a self - starter
      • Must be able to clearly understand and communicate with Members, guests and co - workers in English to include verbally and in writing
      • Must be TABC certified
      • Must be able to work flexible schedule and/or overtime if needed
      • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
      • Must possess honesty and integrity
      • Must be courteous and tactful at all times
      • Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
